A Figs Co. was established in 1998 at Taxiarchis Oreon in Evia, at the heart of the region famed for the dry bleached Taxiarchis figs, not far from Aedipsos, aiming at the standardization and trade of figs in Greece and abroad. Τhe company was relocated to Istiea in 2015, a few kilometers from Taxiarchis, where it is now based. From our company’s first steps to the present, we have been trading and promoting one of Greek nature’s best products, based on our main strengths: the best quality product, our excellent knowledge on figs and our certified working and sanitary conditions, in conformity with international standards (IFS / HACCP).
Our company prides itself in the excellent quality and flavorful nature of its products, as attested to by the longstanding trust of our clients. We gradually managed to forge many partnerships around the world, and today we export to Italy, Germany, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Cyprus, and the USA and looking forward to expanding to new countries.
TOUR DESCRIPTION AND TASTING
Visitors to our facilities will be able to see the packaging of the regional dry figs, a product of its own special flavor, and taste treats based on figs, along with tsipouro as well as make purchases from our retail shop.
