4G is a pioneer company, active in the production of dried fruits, vegetables and edible plants, situated in the middle of western Macedonia at the village of Mavrodendri in the Kozani prefecture, next to an artificial lake created by flooding an abandoned quarry.
It is there where 4G established a unit with the necessary infrastructure to host modern drying machines, ventilated product waiting chambers, and a drying oven, including premises for the packaging process.
The production conditions are fully compliant with the International Standard ISO22000, while excellent quality fruits, collected at optimal maturity, give sun-dried products with superb flavors and aromas. With a laboratory regularly testing of the final products, 4G ensures the production of a range of perfectly healthy products of the Greek land, which are an indispensable part of the Mediterranean diet, whilst maintaining their purity and without any addition of chemicals or preservatives.
TOUR AND TASTING
Visitors will be guided through the production facilities and learn about the processes involved in drying fruits and vegetables and taste our products.
